Create H5P Interactive Content with Sarina

Creating H5P content just got a whole lot easier with the latest update rolled out this week on Sarina. If you’re part of a participating institution, you now have the power to generate interactive content that engages and excites. Imagine crafting:

  • Flashcards
  • Quizzes
  • Dialog cards
  • Find the word puzzles
  • Drag the text activities
  • Build your own summary tasks
  • And so much more!

All of this can be done seamlessly using an existing Sarina prompt, leveraging your embedded course content. But what if you want to explore a different topic? No problem! You can customize your content to fit your specific needs. Want to shine a spotlight on a key concept? Or perhaps emphasize a particular aspect of your subject? Now, it’s all within your reach.

If quizzes are more your style, you’ll love the new settings that allow you to choose question types and determine their proportions. For instance, if you want a quiz that’s 60% multiple choice, 20% true/false, and 20% fill-in-the-blank, you can easily set that up based on the total number of questions you want. It’s that simple!

I highly encourage you to check out the examples available on H5P’s main site. By incorporating interactive content, you can truly enhance your students' learning experience through active learning pedagogy.

Once you log in as staff, just look for the link to create H5Ps in the sidebar. Dive in and start creating engaging content that makes a difference!

Sarina AI Learning Analytics - How users Engage with GenAI

Sarina AI now has learning analytics that are actionable and ready for educators to gain insight into how their users are engaging with the platform. This update releases the home dashboard, featuring the following analytics captured from a course level. You can also select many courses and see statistics across them all. More dashboards and features are planned.
